豊中にある「HIGNSPEED」へ、キックアウトの体験に行って来ましたー！
薄暗い部屋でガンガンの音楽に合わせてエクササイズするんだけど、めちゃハード！！！すんごい汗かきました！でも、スッキリ(^^)
今日は筋肉痛が半端ないです！笑
